tuesdays | 3 week winter popup | nov 29–dec 13 | UPCYCLED FASHION IN COMBO WITH UPCYCLED MINI-ME PUPPETS! | 1st – 4th graders | 3:30 – 5pm

$130.00

We’ll focus on creating a wearable fashion piece and/or a Mini-Me Puppet, depending on how each young artist chooses to spend their time in the Open Studio. We’ll use a range of materials that are gathered and found and will take a look at the work of El Anatsui, Michelle Reader, Benjamin Von Wong, Alexandra Sipa and a few other contemporary fashion designers, who specialize in the use of repurposed and upcycled materials.

*Since all workshops are process-based, taking a workshop more than one time will always be a new learning experience, focused on deepening individual exploration of content and material. No two workshops are alike!
